The e-Brain Forum of Zambia is a registered National NGO with membership open to organizations and individuals with an interest in Information and Communication Technologies for development (ICTs4D). The core objective of ebrain is to develop a common knowledge-sharing community on the use of ICTs to foster social and economic development.
Our Mission is to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life through the use of ICT in the development process.
In order for e-Brain to implement its mission and programs key thematic areas were identified as follows:

With the identified thematic areas, groups of different organizations representing the above themes were formed to spearhead the activities in line with e-Brain’s 3 key dimension of activities, namely 1) Policy Advocacy, 2) Awareness Raising and 3) Membership support. The lead organization for an activity has the responsibility for facilitating and keeping the other members updated.
